I do not like the native PB browser. Can someone recommend another browser that is in the App Inventory?
I note in the User Guide page 40 the topic "Change Browser Options" and then click on the "gear" symbol for private browsing. I haven't tried this. Can one get Google Chrome by downloading that from one's computer to the PB via the USB cable?

    Thanks in advance.

+1 to that (and it looks quite a lot like Chrome, which you said you wanted)

I have Dolphin browser, Origami and Simple Browser PLUS, the latter was my favorite until I installed Origami.

It'll come i think. I've seen a few open source QT browsers recompiled too but none stable enough.

At this time don't believe that the mobile version of the Chrome browser supports Chromecast in the way that the PC version does. This has been discussed in the Chromecast forum.

Wow, thanks all for the encouragement on Origami. But before I download it (or after I do) do I need to make any Settings change?

I must be one of the few who likes the native web browser with the exception of poor bookmark management.

Nothing wrong with the native web browser, it is a perfectly capable browser. It just feels a little 'clunky' compared to some of the other offerings, especially Origami, which IMO is extremly intuiative to use. I especially like the gesture based navigation.

Have you just tried adding to the home screen? I like it that way I can rename it. Just my 2 cents.

Origami used to be good, before the last update, but now it is failing us and the Developer is no longer responding to our pleas for help.
