So I've done a little googling to try and find a way to do this, but a lot of the posts are pretty old and I haven't actually seen anyone find a way to stream this type of content.
If there is a way to do this, then my playbook has a new job (instead of collecting dust).

If I type an RTSP URLs in the browser, I'm prompted to save the "file". Some URLs start with http:// others with rtsp://. Either way, these play fine in VLC on a desktop.
Maybe there's a VLC type of app that I can sideload? I'll look for that next

I guess if anyone knows of an app that can do this, I'd appreciate the help.
    Thanks!

Do you mean to say that when you access an RTSP stream via http:// in the PB browser, it prompts for download, similar to the rtsp:// links?
