Try all the local Walmarts, other than that, I bet Rogers could get you an LTE version.

I checked in the Toronto area for Walmart and at least six of the stores showed the 32gb @ $148 in stock.

Did a quick Google search. Minus all the places to get a used one, it looks like you can:

-Get an LTE 1.5ghz version from Rogers for $99, but you need to sign a 3 year contract (cold deal. Might be worth it if it was free)

-Refurbs for $129.99 from Best Buy BlackBerry - Refurbished PlayBook Tablet with 16GB Memory - Black - RF-BBYM12EG

-$149.99 from Geeks.com BlackBerry PlayBook Dual-Core 1GHz 1GB 32GB 7" Capacitive RIM PRD-38548-002 PlayBook 32GB

-$255 (!!!) from Overstock (BlackBerry PlayBook 7-inch 32GB Tablet | Overstock.com)

IMO picking it up for $109 with free shipping from CowBoom is your best option, at least it's brand new in a box.

I just picked up a new 32gb LTE version from an "independent" seller I found on KiJiJi last week. All normal consumer outlets appear to be sold out. I did see some 16gb wifi versions on Amazon.ca. Good luck
