Playbook won't recognise an MP4 file. Can anyone give me some insight as to what aspect of the file is causing the issue.

What do you mean "don't recognize?" The file has an extension of mp4? You placed it in the video folder using what method? I have run into problems with larger files - they show up as being on the pb when I look at the folder from my computer and they even show the correct size but they are MISSING when using the video app or even when using FileBrowser or Files&Folders. I copied it again and it worked. DEL the file, restart the pb and copy it again.

I downloaded my first movie (yeah, my first- quit your snickering) on my PB just yesterday in MP4 form. And it's a great one, "American Splendor." It's the perfect kind of movie for a tablet.
