    can no longer drag and drop since upgrading to windows 10. any help out there?

    Did you install drivers? You need BB Desktop Manager installed

    I'm guessing you did an upgrade install? Delete any BlackBerry software on your computer and re-install it. For the PlayBook you can use either the old desktop software or Link.

    I had an issue where my playbook would constantly connect and disconnect, very strange bug. I wiped the playbook and everything worked ok. Although this may not help if the content you have on the playbook is important.

    Done all this. Keep getting circle with slash. Tried install of BB desktop and also BB link. Nada.

    Just tested on my Windows 10 desktop, with a clean install of W10. No Desktop Software, no Link, no nothing. I just plugged my PB into my desktop, message popped up to install BB Device Manager, clicked install, and a minute or two later my PB was mapped to drive z and I could drag and drop without problem. I never liked nor used Desktop Software or Link anyway.

    I did it. I did it. I did it!!!!!!
    I opened up my computer. Clicked on the playbook drive. Double click to open up. Click to open documents. Now I can drag and drop.
