    Hey All,

I'm not sure if this has already been asked, but if it has im sorry. But I'm currently in med school and i bought the playbook because of its portability. I recently tried taking a video during our lab session and I noticed the video was all, im not sure what word to use but kinda grain like? like fuzzy? static-y? Forigve me, im not that tech saavy. I put the option has 1080p, and its still like that

i looked up video samples on youtube and they seem perfect... so im not sure whats up with mine..
is it because i have dead pixels?

    Any help is appreciated!!
