    Super response from BlackBerry Support. Mini USB port wouldn't connect
    to desktop manager or charge. Called support on Friday and they made the
    necessary authorization, I received Fed Ex mailer Monday and sent my playbook
    to Tenn for repair. It was repaired and returned Thursday !! Wow, that's
    a professional response. Big thanks to the support team (Kevin) for your help.

    From what I have heard and experience with RIM for customer service is awesome so far. I had to get my HDMI fixed up and took only a week. I received a new PB back, didn't pay for a cent!

    That's how it should be!!!!!
