I updated my Playbook 16GB Wi-Fi to BB10 10.0.4.197, the update was successful and after that I wiped playbook. But now, there isn't any app except browser and set-up on Playbook.

How can I install all default apps again?

    Thanks.

It's a dev version, there are no apps... read before update

You can even get 10.0.9 working too :P
But it's pointless. Why would you want to do that?
    It's basically non-functional

I used Dev Alpha A and B, they had apps so I supposed dev alpha os have standart apps.

You can try to give it a go. Not sure how well it would work. I know that the android runtime isn't backwards compatible (even some of the newer android 2.3.3 runtimes aren't either)

Try to use 10.0.9 bars that came on initial launch. 10.2 won't work, and I doubt 10.1 would either.
You can't go in and change the min requirement either, because it requires RIM signing as a sys file
