    seems like it is becomming harder and harder for the touch screen to respond to my touch. Does this wear out somehow? Any tips to restore this? Otherwise I am getting frustrated enough to just go get an iPad

    I don't think it a sensitivity issue, more likely a "buffering" issue for input. Did you do a Hard Reset? (3 Button reset). That usually fixes that for myself.
    How long have you had your PB? May be time for a wipe/restore. SSD drives do become fragmented after a while, I've wiped/restored twice since I purchased @ launch.
    Hopefully it's the former, not the latter.....

    If you're experiencing some lag, you could try rebooting your playbook. Press and hold both volume up/down buttons until the device powers down, then up. It works for me on my day-one Playbook.

    You need to do the 3 button reset. Holding just the Vol. up/dn keys is a screen shot taken by the PB. The power button can be a bit tough to hold down. You probably will hear a couple of clicks (thats the screen shot) until you get all 3 at the same time.
