Is this scenario possible with the playbook?

VPN to IPSEC device like Cisco.
Then Remote Desktop using an app.

I'm not sure if these types of apps are available yet for the playbook, but it sure would be nice to carry one of these around instead of a laptop for the odd after hours calls.

Hope it will be possible to piggyback via the bridge over the BES network, and then start a remote session. That's all we need! (also a citrix receiver that does that of course)

At the moment I'd say its not ready for IT support use, IPSEC VPN is there but no RDP, SSH or remote support client apps yet. You can use flash based remote support, I've tried join.me and logmein both worked reasonably especially with a bluetooth mouse but one problem with the mouse is that right clicks are intercepted by the PB for gestures.

I'd say that once the native sdk or java sdk is released there will be a flood of ports of the apps you need for remote support.
