    Has anyone heard when the playbook will get a software update so that we can use the bridge with our Z10's?

    I was advised NOT to bridge my Z10 and PB as most of the bridge functionality is zapped.

    You are right it does but in my bridge folder I only see "read me" and I have to got to file manger to get to any files that I want to see on my PB

    Is there a Red Ferrari outside your house with a 64Gb playbook taped to the hood? No = then it hasn't happened. Keep looking for the Ferrari and when you see it you will know it's happened!

    Why is it a bad thing to pair it? You don't like using bridge for browsing when no wifi is found?

    The serious answer is no one who knows is talking. The blog entry that rim/bbry posted a while back made it sound as if they thought the current lame/crippled/wimpy bridge might be all that we see.

    Exactly! The main, well to me anyways, point of Bridge is the internet access. All of the missing functions, from OS7.1 and previous, are nice to have, but I find unnecessary with the Z10.

    Lol i have LTE version so no need for bridge, except I want to text from my playbook us all through bridge, but I use text me program it is free and works awesome, it's sideloaded.
