I just received a new Playbook for Christmas and I am having issues setting it up. When it brings up the set up screen and tells me to swipe to proceed, the touch screen will not respond when I try to proceed.
When I try to connect to BDT it shows the information but will not connect to playbook because it says the setup has not been completed.
Contacted technical support but that was a waste of time.
The swipe is tricky initially. Be sure to swipe directly over the text telling you to swipe and go in the direction indicated, which I believe is right to left. It doesn't have to be a fast swipe, but it should be about as long as the text.
