    I just updated PB 2.0 and I cant use the same native email address on my PB as I have on my BB.

    Anyone else try this.

    not quite sure what you are asking? is your email on your phone enterprise based? web based? gmail, hotmail....

    I found the same issue...kinda annoying, but since it's MEANT to use the Bridge function (for Security) I can see why.

    What the OP is referring to, is the fact that you cannot use your Blackberry e-mail as an account on the native app for Playbook (for instance, I tried today to use my ****@***.blackberry.net address today, and the app told me to use Bridge e-mail instead)

    It sort of makes sense. The native @carrier.blackberry.net email goes through the BIS carrier portal. It's tied to your BIS service that your carrier manages. Since the admin is the cell phone company, you have to go through them to get the email.
