    hello everyone!
    for a few days Ive been having Problems with my PB and transferring media files. this is a temporary fix! I was just on the phone with a PlayBook Senior technician for about an hour and a half. The best way to transfer your media files for now is to connect your PB to your PC through USB, go to options. about, in the drop down menu select network and keep it on that screen. Now go to my documents and at the top type in \\your PB IPV4 and click enter. (ex \\123.234.234.345)
    you know what to do from here!

    WARNING: The IPV4 is new every time so make sure you follow the steps above every time!

    this is a temporary fix for media files and the Rep will get back to me tomorrow for more details about our situation.
