Funny how so many people with the same device albeit different setups get so many different results I've found after most updates a cpl of hard resets usually do the trick and my battery life has remained fairly consistent on the good side

Here's a little update to my battery life situation.
I put a Device Password and bam! My battery drains as slowly as it did before the security wipe.
I did have a Device Password before the wipe, and I had not put one back in after the wipe. Aside from having less loaded apps after the wipe, that was the only difference I could think of.

I totally believe you but that's bizarre. Wonder what having a password set would have to do with it? I've never had one and my pb generally keeps on going for a couple of days without charging it unless I spend a lot of time playing games. The Playbook continues to confound me.

similar is the case with my playbook. Tried all the stuff with no success, will have to hand over the PB to the service center I think..
