I was searching the threads for an answer to this. People who are looking for the lock icon under their battery menu on OS 2.0 enable password protection under the security tab in the tools menu. Once the password protection is enabled you should have four options available to you when you click the battery icon on the home screen, namely - Restart, Standby, Lock, Turn-off.
