Just got a PlayBook which has come with a decent looking leather case but it seems to be upside down! When you fold the flap under, it lifts the front of the PlayBook instead of the top. Seems a bit silly!
Sometimes one can feel pretty stupid. Had not realised the screen rotates as on the Z10. It just needs a bit more of a shake than the Z10. Having said that it's not very neat that the BlackBerry name is then upside down.

The reason the case was installed this way may have been so you could have full access to the HDMI, micro usb and magnetic charging ports. When buying a case one should see whether the case allows access easily which may be a particular problem when using the dock charger. Past threads have suggested the Blurex flip stand among others.

Ah, yes. It really does not need a "shake" as much as it really does need an edge to be "upright" It will also rotate to Portrait in either direction EXCEPT Android apps in many cases do not abide by a full any-direction.
As noted, some cases block access to the ports while others may block access to the Vol/Power buttons.
