    My PB appears to be dead.

    Was at work this evening and it was fine. Got home and took it out of my bag and it will not power up or charge up.

    Has this happened to anyone else? This may be a blessing in disguise for me to return it for a full refund, but I don't want to waste any ones time, including mine if I am missing a simple fix?

    It is in perfect condition, not a scratch as it was hardly ever used.

    I wondering if some one at work tired to access it, getting the password wrong a few times. But surely it would turn on if security locked allowing me to sort that out.

    Fixed. No idea why it did that... but another forum suggested power button and both volume buttons for 20 seconds to force a reset.

    To be honest I would like to, the return period is over but have one year guarantee.

    I held out for the update that should or shouldn't have happened recently and missed my chance.

    Oh well hopefully February will bring about a sigh of relief.
