    I decided to get my PlayBook fixed today from the error.4003 that showed up last year. I know I should have had it done but I never use my PlayBook to take pictures with. Anyway I purchased this back in May 2011 and when I called the service line a very nice lady said that BlackBerry will fix it for free. Seems that for all the bad things RIMBERRY does to PlayBook users there are some good folks working in low teir jobs for them. So I will thank them for this repair but I still cannot change the feelings of being let down by them.

    You know through all of these ups and downs I must admit RIM/BLACKBERRY has always had very good service.
