Hi, I wanted to get the same contacts on my playbook which are on my 9900. So I bridged the 2 devices. The contacts from the 9900 transfered fine. You know you can have a picture of the individual? That did not transfer. A reason why? (when I have the devices bridged I see the pictures but loose when disconnect)

And that's simply because they never transferncia anywhere.

Bridge is just a way to show data from the smartphone on the tablet. The data is still on the smartphone, it is never saved to the PlayBook, hence you losing it after the connection is broken.

What you can do is sync your contacts to an email account and then add that to the PlayBook's native PIM apps. You'll then have your contacts locally on the PlayBook.

I do have pictures on mine. For my enterprise email, they come from my outlook client. For my gmail contacts, they appear to be from facebook images. Not sure how that happened.
