Today when I plugged in my charger (the wall charger with the magnetic interface), the plug that connects to the PB seems to get almost hotter than you can touch. Any thoughts?

Today when I plugged in my charger (the wall charger with the magnetic interface), the plug that connects to the PB seems to get almost hotter than you can touch. Any thoughts?
That does not sound good. Did it make appropriate contact - that is, was it aligned correctly? Did the pb appear to be charging? Can you run it the other way, wire doing in the opposite direction? Try another socket in house/office.
Obviously, watch (feel) it carefully if you do any experimenting.
