You can probably do it through DM from you BB to the playbook, but if you want you desktop browser bookmarks you will need a browser like opera that can sync the desktop browser to the mobile browser through their servers.

How about something like X-marks? Couldn't you get your bookmarks from the cloud?

This is feasible, based on what's in 0.9.4. No idea if they will provide a more direct way right in the browser, but the required mechanisms appear to be exposed right now to let it be done from an app, at any rate.
