With all that you said, the integrity of keeping your word is more important to customers than stating however eloquently your technical issues. BB has lied repeatedly to customer bases of all sizes, not just to Playbook owners. It is reasonable to be skeptical of anything of substance that the company says. Also, I would like to offer that instead of telling the millions of Playbook owners who despite their relative small footprint, also represented future purchases of products, the company left them with silence. That silence appeared conspiratorial so that when the notice came out there was more of a recoil since it appeared that once again, they were screwing us royal.
