    Since updating my Z10 to 10.1. My playbook does not connect to internet using my phone data. I get a message that I need to tether it. Is this something new ATT slipped in to finally get us on the playbook to get their Tether plan, or am I missing something in setup of 10.1 OS.

    I can bridge from phone, and control the cursor on the playbook with phone, and Bluetooth is connected. so don't see what can be wrong.

    Anyone else with ATT and with a playbook notice this also?

    You need to remove your sim card, delete bridge and re download it. Don't update your bridge after. AT&T Does block tethering.

    Great! thanks!..I knew about that when updating the Bridge, but didn't think about it with the OS update.

    I _THINK_ the following site might still have solutions for bb10 but I'm not sure. The site did, ahem, bypass the AT&T limitation.

    Delete the bridge app you have. Reboot

    Then visit

    rroyy.com and find a version of bridge that matches your OS.

    No, he doesn't have it. As was said above, delete bridge, remove sim, install bridge, and you have your data back. A real pain, but it's better than the alternative.
