rarer than a hen with gold teeth outside of the US.
I've taken the tethered smartphone route which works well enough.
I'm also looking for one. I want a brand new one. I can't find one anywhere.

brand new might be a struggle, looking around I found two for sale in the uk at 150 ea which is three times the standard price for a second hand 64gb. and a few on ebay US
batteries can be replaced as can everything else so age isn't so much of an issue
