Why are prices for the BlackBerry PlayBook so much higher than in Canada and the United States of America? The GBP currency is approximately twice the value of a USD yet the prices do not reflect the true currency equivalent. Are the sales taxes all rolled into the price or added on to these prices?

It happens with almost everything in UK, when the exchange rate was �1 to $2, it use to be the same price for everything, but one in dollars and the in pounds.
