hello, i hope you will help me to fix my playbook
i started to install the os 2.0 update to my playbook . and after dowlading the file (about 333mo) , it return error "impossible to install the update" . now ,since 4 days i can not reach the menu of the playbook, every time i restart the playbook it begin to download again the update and when it finish ,it return the same error.
i try to update it with desktop manager v7 , but it say "no update found".
i try to do a local update but i get the same msg from desktop manager.
help me pleaze it's for 4 days that i can not use my playbook.
i try to hard reset (holding power button and volume button, i don't know if i do it correctly) but when i restart my playbook , it goes on the same way (downloading the update and after error when installing it) .
