    Does anyone know how to configure the PB to connect to Giganews Vypr VPN - Yes I have an account. Given the information quoted below from Giganews what settings need to be made in the PB VPN Profile to get it to connect. I just want to be able to connect with open wifi around town and not worry about sniffers - otherwise my PB is a brick. Thanks for your help!!

    From Giganews:

    Thank you for contacting Giganews Technical Support!

    These are our servers:

    * us1.vpn.giganews.com for Los Angeles, CA
    * us2.vpn.giganews.com for Washington, DC
    * eu1.vpn.giganews.com for Amsterdam
    * hk1.vpn.giganews.com for Hong Kong
    * uk1.vpn.giganews.com for London
    * fr1.vpn.giganews.com for Paris - New!
    * de1.vpn.giganews.com for Frankfurt - New!

    The protocols we support are PPTP, L2TP with IPSec and OpenVPN. The
    gateways are routers. They have nothing to do with whether our service can
    connect or not. Some routers have VPN configurations built in so you can
    connect the router to the VPN. Although we only support VPN on routers
    using DD-WRT firmware.

    Giganews does not support ANY BlackBerry device. I've already inquired and have tried numerous settings trying to get it to work but no luck.

    Looks like you paid good money for a brick. Next time I suggest you do a little research first especially consider how new the tablet is and the fact that if it doesnt connect to Giganews then its worthless to you. BTW if its a brick why don't you use some Christmas spirit and donate to someone needy. I'm sure they would be just fine without Giganews.

    Steve, you are a Devil, but you are correct! Here is what they finally told me:

    Thank you for contacting Giganews Technical Support!

    By support, we mean that we are not able to provide a way for your
    Blackberry to connect via our VPN services. We support Windows, Linux, Mac
    OS, iOS, and Android devices, but not Blackberry.

    As per our R&D department, we are currently looking into a means to
    implement support for the device, but I have nothing beyond that and no
    ETA.

    If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let
    us know.

    Thanks for choosing Giganews!
