I will see a bit of "tiling" like this if the page hasn't fully loaded and I start wildly swiping and trying to navigate but not at any other time. Pinch-zooming like a wild-man in and out and in and out will also get you some "tiling" every once in a while. Its just taking the browser a fraction of a second to re-render the page. No issue here.
