Well, here you go folks, 25 minutes of Pacemaker (the 20USD version), I was trying to show all the features of the app while not screwing it up a lot (although I forgot about beatsync in 5th minute and messed it up a bit in 8th ). Still hope you like it, enjoy
Can someone chime in on whether or not it reads ACC ?
I have a ridiculously large ITunes collection on my pc.
My PlayBook has 501 songs loaded, they are all ACC. I would hate to have to convert them to MP3 before using Pacemaker.
About the $20.
That is a nominal fee for a DJ app: Algoriddim (on ITunes is that price, except for the current discount) Traktor software alone is around $100. Audiophiles like me and aficionados will not mind paying $20
Based on the tutorials alone this has amazing potential.
According to the Playbook supported media types document from RIM ACC @ 128kbps is supported.

Farokh in da mix !
Cool, thanks for the extended demo !
Does the HDMI pass the audio signal? It would be great to use the headphone output and the HDMI output.
I read somewhere that they were trying to get this to work with the help of RIM, however for this release the only output is through the headphone jack.
No, you can't record yet. There was a non-functional record button in the beta, it was removed from the final version, but I guess they're dealing with some recording issues and this feature will be added later. And no, there's no autopilot either.

Thanks! I just bought the pacemaker and loving it! Had a few crash, is it the same with everyone?

I had the same problem this morning. A asked the Pacemaker-Guys via Twitter and they said, that there will be an update that would fix that problem and add AAC Playback-Capability. You can find that tweet here: Twitter / Pacemaker: @Chr1stoph I suspected tha
I'm loving the app. The leftover finger smudges tho have raised a few eyebrows. Had to reassure a coworker that, no I had not been drawing boobs on my playbook.

For fidelity purposes, most of my PlayBook music is imported from Itunes (ACC 256 kbps) trust me it sounds better. I suppose I could convert a few tracks or wait for the upgrade.
