    Hi Gang,
After 3 gruelling days of pure frustration, I think I found a way to make this work.

It's a process, to be sure, but if it helps you, I'll post it.

Note, I tried everything under the sun. I read, and combed these forums, trying every conceivable method anyone posted, even variations of several posts, and nothing worked.

Tested by sending an email from each device, and it arrived on each device (test from PC, test from BB, test from PB) - all arrived. Then, I deleted test from PC on the PC, etc. - all got deleted. Email is completly sycn'd.

Set up a dummy contacts --- aaa - from PC, bbb from BB and ccc from PB. 2 of them have the new contacts (not outlook).

    Same with calendar.

I got it to sync from outlook to PB/BB, and PB/Bb, but NOT PB/BB to outlook (yet). Still working on that, but figured I'd post this much and see if anyone had any luck or more ideas.

On opening DM, plug in device, DM reports all wirelessly sync'd. (thus eliminating DM sync and bridge, except BBM). Or it will as soon as I figure out how to make it sync to PB.

The problem, really, was outlook. Attempting to use the "publish to internet" was a nightmare. You are forced to use hotmail, and you MUST log out first. Trouble is, you CAN'T log out...
    https://www.google.com/search?q=can'...out+of+hotmail

The first link below may solve the problem. If not, the others are very informative as well.

Here's a link for the google mibile sync app...
    http://www.google.com/mobile/blackberry/
You can access this in 2 ways:
In the calendar app (but not in any appointment), menu > google sync >
or in the app itself, open app > options > sync now.
Caution: this app creates duplicates. Some entries only get one dup, but I've seen up to 6 or 8 of a single entry.
To clean this up, using outlook is best. open calendar in outlook, view > current view > all appointments. Use control and shift keys to select multiples.
    I deleted this app.

Desktop version - on install you choose how long between sync intervals. Defaul is set to 30 minutes, I think.

I saved the websites with the steps I took (give it time to sync before you know if it works or not).

    Configuring outlook
    Outlook 2007 - Gmail Help

Other email clients (if you can't set up gmail on tablet the easy way)
Configuring other mail clients - Gmail Help

Google sync with outook (some other options if the first one won't work)
    https://groups.google.com/a/googlepr...ar/aToiKUmYck8

    To change the message class...
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/201087

    http://logang.hubpages.com/hub/Wirel...tlook-Calendar

Good luck. If I find a way to make it go backwards, I'll post again.

On a side note, I noticed that while in email (and I thought contacts, but it's not happening right now), if you pull down the whole list, under "all accounts" it will refresh your emails.

To refresh calendar, while in app, swipe down from top, hit refresh.

To turn on wireless sync on device, go to Setup > email > select gmail account > edit > Synchronization Options > check calendar and contacts, save and exit.

If there are no wireless sync options, try this...

    http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/b...rnalId=KB10594

To test for wireless sync go to Options > Advanced options > Enterprise Activation screen. Once you are in there, hold down the 'Alt" key + cnfg, then you should be able to see the wireless sync options in there. It should say "gmail" (or whatever you named that account) and "yes" underneath (or you can change it to no).

To avoid duplicates, open email, options, select calendar, uncheck show all calendars and gmail. (still testing this. How will they show coming from gmail, if gmail is turned off?) This doesn't work. Every time you open the app, it will show all calendars. I've tried it both ways, and get the same results.
Calendar > Options > calendar display and actions > default calendar for new events > change > default
below that, choose gmail > display reminders, uncheck > save and close.

In device, in contacts > menu > options > contact display and actions > allow duplicate names > no

Well, I couldn't make hotmail or yahoo work right.
But I tried them before I got to the outlook settings posted above.
It might be worth a try, using those settings, since the problem was on the outlook end.

I think I recall hotmail not working well with calendar and yahoo not working well with contacts or maybe that was vice versa.

I do know I tried both of them before gmail, but as I say, that was before I found the outlook settings.

No worries. I'm not certain it WON'T work, I just didn't figure it out first. Got gmail working and ran with it.

To the OP... I've got to hand it to you for going through all of this, just to get native email on the PB and getting it all sync'd ...

Your post totally whooossed right over my '1/2 of ONE Braincell'! LOL

I'm afraid if I had to go through all that, I will just pass on the whole native email thingie..

My hat off to you! Well done

    Thank you very much.
I'm not very impressed until I'm sure it's working.
I think it's still a work in progress, and will keep editing as I find fixes.

But I sure appreciate your hat!!
