I just got my 32GB PB yesterday and I love it. Cannot go wrong with BB.
My question to you is: I installed the Otterbox defender case and I was wondering if there a pouch or sleeve that I can use to carry it?

get a netbook sleeve, it will work great
I use a Kenneth Cole Black Leather medium messenger bag to carry all my electronics and stuff (keys, wallet,headphones ect.) including my PlayBook, its the perfect size.

with the ottoerbox, do you really need a sleeve still?
I have an Otterbox for mine. Works for me. It really protects the Playbook
I too have OB protecting my PB and I use my 10.1 netbook bag to carry it and the charger as well. I only have one jacket with a pocket big enough to carry my PB.
Just bought one from Ebay for $14.99!! :D
... and I thought I did well buying mine for $30!
