    Hi everyone,

    I own a Blackberry Playbook 16GB. This morning I tried to update it to OS 2.0, however after attempting to do so 3 times, the update just wouldn't work. I mean, it downloaded OS 2.0 three times, it installed it three times, and I restarted the device after the installation a total of 3 times, but yet it's failing to install OS 2.0. When I check software updates each time, it shows OS vs. 1.0.8.6087. I'm getting very frustrated with this device now after 3 failed attempts to update to OS 2.0.

    Is anyone else having the same problem as I am, is there a solution to this problem?

    Have you tried a "wipe" then update?

    How is it that everyone else can update theirs without "wiping" their playbook?

    Do you have sufficient free space? Have you tried updating from DM instead of via WiFi?

    Yeah, I was thinking maybe not enough free space too since it seems to be going thru the motions but not actually updating.

    I have 6.2 GB's of free storage and 659.2 MB's of free memory.

    I just tried to update my Playbook through DM and it's still not working.
