I've been reading around the forums lately, that in the latest build of the OS 2 beta, the browser is now functioning better than ever, and it does not crash often, that is true right?
Since i dont use things like Bridge, or other applications that are presumably "broken", i'm getting ready to install OS 2, but the browser is the thing i'll be using most, so i just need to know.
The browser also performs better than OS 1.0.8 from what i've read, this is also true right?
well, i went back to 1.8 mostly because of the browser. problems entering text in some sites text boxes. lockups when using the address bar. issues streaming some media types, and on and on. if it was my decision it would only take a minute. dump the beta and get a stable browser.
side note. i did try the beta a few times to be sure but it was not worth it too me. back on 1.8 and my life is much more stable
