Till today morning everything was fine.. But now when I was playing angry birds on my pb the screen suddenly froze. No swipe was registered. So I did the hard reset and now I see the blinking red light of disappointment. I tried the 3 button reset method but in vain. Will have to wait till I reach home to put on charge and see if it recovers.. The last time I had such a crash in was on 1.8. Never thought I would see this on 2.0 os. Anyone had similar experience.?

Had plenty of freezes. Never failed to recover after a boot.

I hope all it wants is a snack.

ok my pb has been on charge for 30 mins now.. but still blinking red.. the 3 button reset doesnt work.. anyone has other suggestions before i begin the whole process of restoring the os via bb software? I really donot want to reinstall everything..

BBCurveit if you can get a hold of cfp.exe, then try running Command- cfp info

It has saved me once before.

Before you start messing with cfp, plug it into your comp first, and open BDM. See if it will pop up an error msg. If so, hit restore

so...the pb never restarted..conected to the desktop software and reinstallin the os..

i hope this will not happen again
