My first and one of the first RIM devices, not even called a BlackBerry yet... Taken with my PlayBook just for fun today. Still powers on and I can get a signal if I got into town, there in no 800Mhz band out where I live.
No. I always forget the initials or acronym for the type of camera in the pb and the 9930 - fixed focus. And just for clarity it has two cameras and neither has autofocus.

edof? or, extended depth of field. basically anything outside of, maybe 2-3 feet will always be in focus. but anything closer and its a blurry mess. thus making macro/close up shots near impossible. its supposed to decrease shutter lag, and on my 9930 its near instant. but on my playbook, it lags about 3 seconds from the time i tap the 'shutter' to the 'shutter' noise....
I have an 8mp camera with flash on my phone that is better quality than the rear camera on my PB, so I saw no point in posting pics taken with the PB. I just figured with how attractive the Playbook is, I'd take a couple beauty shots of it and post those.
