Update:
Bad news: first night of ice storm high winds cause my tree to throw a hissy fit and spew huge branches across 3 neighbouring backyards.
Good news? Property damage is treated like car accidents - victim files with their own insurance company and the two companies (yours and theirs) deek it out.
Better news: So far, branches all fell at the far end of backyards, so no property damage, just branch removal costs.
