Mmmmmmmm I think with "Just your regular white mushroom saute with onions and garlics diced canned tomatoes in butter and your scarborough fair herbs." I would choose a chilled chablis, followed by a decent claret to wash the chablis down as I don't care for white wine and then brandy with the cigars.
