hi not sure if anyone else have gotten this as well.
But when i go to my PB and unlock the bridge. it comes up with a notification of the last email that came to my BB. Even if i read the email or delete it it still comes up with the notification for that e-mail.
Anyone Help??
It happened to me a couple of times too with BBM. I don't know what the reason could be. Sometimes a restart of the PB cleared it up and sometimes time.
what I have read here in the forum is that it usually happens when you don't open the mail. When I receive a notification of a message I make sure I open it by tapping on the email in the left pane sl the envelope turns from yellow to white. This seams to have solved the issue.
I don't think that could be the problem because I open it all the time. I make sure it shows opened in the left pane but I still had that issue. Which OS r u on ? I'm on beta so that could be a possibility.
I've got the same problem with the latest official OS.
I can open the mail a dozen times on the PB or my Torch and it still says it's not opened/read.
The icon just continues to appear at the top left corner.
