Hi to everyone

I had download OS2 installed but my bridge didn’t work (it was firs day before fix for bridge for non USA users), I read that doing security wipe fix the problem so I made backup and did security wipe after and I got back 1,07 without any app or my old data and update to 2.0 again, the problem is that now whit 2.0 my DM cant recognize the Playbook it give me option to turn off playbook and make an update (downgrade), if I do that my DM will recognized Playbook (1,07)but I cant do data restore because backup was made whit higher OS version, and if I update to 2.0 DM (PC) cant recognize it.

I tray several time to do it on two different PC installing new DM too, but I cant make it work, Any suggestion how to fix it.
All my picture, documents.... are now blocked in backup file on PC
