If you followed Hatax's directions, you should have a folder at c:\android-sdk and below it c:\apk2bar so I'm not sure you have to correct path set.

same app, convert with web = lag. convert with hatax= smoother in my opinion

I guess he/she could examine the resulting BAR file contents and compare them and see if there's some difference. An UNZIPPER will open them for that exploration.
