The guys who told me this might have been wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were illegal here and not elsewhere: Quebec has all sorts of different regulations concerning chemicals, even compared to other Canadian provinces. All I know is I've asked at a couple of shops and couldn't find any recently. But I'll look again. I guess I'll find some online.
