My RIM Customer Service Experience
Decide to post to share my RIM customer servcei experience... About 2 weeks ago my Playbook 32 gig lost all touch functions.. everthing else worked but not touchscreen. Could use Playbook with My 9800 remote function. Two weeks ago I contact RIM... Did take a bit of time to find the right department. When I did they had be register my Playbook and gave me 90 complimentary Customer Support Services. Proceed to give me an RMA number and gave them my contact infomation. Told me a box would be sent by FexEx. That was Tuesday two weeks and on Friday that week the box showed up.. Put my playbook in and sent it back same day... Figured it would be back in 3 weels... 9:00 am this morning the courier had my "new" Playbook at my door... What makes it more impressive is that I live in a small town in southern Canada that FedEx does not even have service to... The parcel had to be delivered by a second company.... Know many users have had bad experience with RIM Customer Service.. but felt it important to share when tings go "right"
