    Long story short my Playbook stopped working today. I thought it was dead. No charging would make it start up again. I called RIM Playbook's technical support to get RMA. Anyways, I was out of 3 month technical support but the technical support person has extended the support for me anyways (i have never registered for technical support in the first place). Then he helped me to "revive" my playbook from dead. I did not realize that i just need to hold power button and volume + button for 20 seconds to hard restart playbook. this helped and now playbook works well. Then the technical support person took his time to explain to me why the problem happened in the first place and what that hard reset did to playbook to make it work again. Overall two thumbs up. Happy Playbook user.
