    I just got a new 9930 on Friday to replace a Storm 2. I can not get it to connect to my Playbook. I have the most up to date Bridge on the 9930 and the PB still says that the 9930 is not set to automatically pair.

    The settings on the phone indicate that it is set up to automatically tether with the PB. I have rebooted both devices and still no luck.

    Any advice?

    remove the playbook from your phone's bluetooth connected devices and viceversa then reboot both of your devices..This worked for me everytime...

    Remove the PB from the Bridge app on the 9930 then start the manual process when you have the option to.

    I couldn't get my 9930 to automatically pair with my pb either. I finally had to go the manual route as well. Hope you got it worked out.

    Also remember to turn on bt discovery - that is you can tell your bb phone is remain kidden so no one can discover it.
