My pb runs slower and slower

My pb runs obviously slower and slower.

I doubt whether it's due to too many cache files( I found thousands of pictures when I tried to send an email via pb and uploaded a picture). I believe these pictures are from the android news reading software.

Any advice how to clean up?

How much free space does it say there is? I'm not sure about cleaning up android crap but there are threads on it.
