Is my notification LED working as it should?
Hi all,
I have searched for this but was unable to find any posts that describe my problem exactly.
The notification LED on my PB seems to only function for the native apps like email not for Bridge apps. I have the "Visual Notification" set to "LED Only" and "Audio Notification turned all the way down so when I get an email, BBM, SMS ect. via bridge I get no notification at all. No Glow, no LED no audio, just the buzz on my hip from my 9900.
Is this right? Is the notification LED only for native apps?

Using the settings you describe I get the same results. I don't normally use the LED so it was just a one email test. I can't say if the LED ever worked for bridge notifications. If you turn up the audio it will chime.

Yes, if I turn on the audio notification it does chime for both native and bridge notifications. Audio notifications are not meeting room friendly. :-)
Good to know I'm not alone here, seems kind of odd that it should work this way though. I wonder if there is an app like 'Blink' for the PlayBook.

My led works in all the native applications, but not in all the Bridge related ones. I cannot remember exactly, but I could swear before the update it worked on both.

I have this exact same issue, but no one replied in my thread.. Sad face! Jk, keep this up, I'd love a solution.

As far as I can remember, it has never worked for me on bridge apps.

The LED has never worked with Bridge apps---well, at least with Bridge Messages.
