    whenever i open blackberry world it only shows the installed apps and content options, payment option aswell as help, but there are no options for featured apps and the like. if u take a look at the pic i've attached u'll see what i'm talking about, somebody please help i can't download any apps coz there are no options to do so.my blackberry world for blackberry playbook-bbworld.jpg

    Hold down the power button till the screen goes back, press again to reboot. That should do the trick... 9/10 problems on a BlackBerry is solved by reboots.

    seems like you are not on a network, bb world will only show featured apps when online

    i am on a network, i'm using internet tethering. i tried rebooting it didn't work, the link gives me the same result as in the picture.

    Internet tethering? BlackBerry World only works with wifi if you are using a wifi only PlayBook
