When I go camera it gives me error message n says picture error

Hello, you might want to try this:
1. Select battery icon and turn off the PB
2. Turn on and hold down the volume up and volume down bottoms (for 30+ seconds)
3. When it restarts, hold the volume down and volume up buttons to take a screenshot.
(You should hear the shutter sound.)
4. Try to open the camera app again.
