Music player with eq for playbook....

Hey all,

On my windows pc i use winamp pro, on my android phone i use power amp pro, both have tonnes of features and an eq with a rock preset...

I am looking for something similar... The builtin player for my playbook doesn't have the oomph that power amp does...


Does an equivalent program exist for the playbook? I Would prefer something native...

The playbook (32gb, really 29gb. Still enough.) is the only portable device big enough to hold all my music... My phone (no sd card slot) doesn't have enough space (advertized having 16gb but really doesn't)...

I think folks have sideloaded winamp but it's not native.

I don't know if that DJ app works for simple music playback.

The sideloaded Winamp app doesn't, afaik, have EQ. 3 Cubed has EQ, but it doesn't seem to work on the PB. The only app that I know that has working EQ is Pacemaker, but it's a DJ app and not really a music player in the normal sense.

The pacemaker app allows you to change setting like mid gain treble bass and a tone of other effects, I always load 2 songs and fade to the next. Good fun. :)
